Yes — every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No spicy logos, no embarrassing labels. Even the sender shows simply as "AIORA". See our Discreet Shipping page for full details.

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Email aiora.coenterprise@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send instructions and a return shipping label if your return is accepted. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
We're sorry. Please inspect your order on arrival and email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll evaluate and make it right — replacement or full refund.
Yes — once a card deck or game pack has been opened or its seal broken, it can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Yes — many of our games (including the Drunk Desires Bundle Pack) include a couples mode that scales the spice level for two players. Others are built for groups. Each product page tells you what mode it supports.
Setup takes under 60 seconds. A round can be as short as 15 minutes or run as long as you want it to — most groups play for 1–2 hours.
Absolutely. Use a gift card (sent from your name or anonymously) or have a physical product shipped to a recipient with a custom note at checkout. Discreet packaging means the giftee won't see anything until they open the box.
